അവൻ തലപൊക്കി നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ മൂന്നു പുരുഷന്മാർ തന്റെ നേരെ നിലക്കുന്നതു കണ്ടു; അവരെ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ അവൻ കൂടാരവാതിൽക്കൽ നിന്നു അവരെ എതിരേല്പാൻ ഔടിച്ചെന്നു നിലംവരെ കുനിഞ്ഞു:

Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby. When he saw them, he hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground.
