English Meaning
The act of one who traces; especially, the act of copying by marking on thin paper, or other transparent substance, the lines of a pattern placed beneath; also, the copy thus producted.
- A reproduction made by superimposing a transparent sheet and copying the lines of the original on it.
- A graphic record made by a recording instrument, such as a cardiograph or seismograph.
